A man-made plague turned the survivor's world upside down in Welcome to Sunrise, while the cause is forgotten as attention focuses on the constant threat in Taking Shelter.

The first story in this anthology is about a world wracked by destructive storms. (That sentence didn't do the story justice!) It is so well-written that you feel as if you are living the characters' experiences.The other stories weren't as exciting or memorable, but they were good enough.
I would give the first story six stars, but overall the book is four stars.

I had an OMG moment while reading the first story. Although all the stories were well written and entertaining, it was the first and the last stories that truly grabbed my attention. I hope the author continues to write Cli-fi since it is my favorite form of science fiction.
